The {Healthy} Soda Fix.

The next time your kiddo asks for some soda (or "pop," if you're from the Midwest, my Alma Mater!}, whip one of these fizzy drinks up for them instead!

Fill the glass with ice
Toss in some fresh fruit (orange wedges, cherries, raspberries, etcetera)
Fill up 2/3 with Seltzer (plain or flavored such as raspberry or orange)
Fill up the last 1/3 with juice (we like cherry or apple)
Finish with a twisty straw

They get all the fizz with some flavor and fresh fruit...not to mention some fun with swirly straw!  Oh.  And way less sugar. :)
