diy cupcakes...make some heart cookies, too. then place cookie on cupcake, sprinkle whole top of cupcake with powder sugar, remove cookie. Add ribbon around the cupcake, and presto! you have an adorable heart cupcake and matching cookie!

diy, paper valentines...i made some similar ones like this for my son instead of the cartoon character-themed ones last year..i just cut out felt hearts and sewed them onto notecards, and they turned out beautifully! you can just have fun with these ~ there's no right or wrong way to do them!
